Overview
The UCT Space and Astronomy Society (UCT SpaceSoc) is the flagship student society at the University of Cape Town (UCT) dedicated to all things astronomy and space-related. It is an officially recognized academic society that runs events, stargazing nights, and seminars to enhance the student experience beyond the academic curriculum. The society is also a registered branch of SEDS South Africa (Students for the Exploration and Development of Space).
