Overview
nSight1 provides a modular platform for measuring atomic oxygen in the lower thermosphere as a key contributor to the international QB50 science constellation. This 2U CubeSat also utilizes a high-performance "Gecko" imager to capture multispectral Earth imagery for land-use mapping and environmental monitoring. The mission's success demonstrates the growing commercial capability of South Africa's space industry to produce reliable, high-tech nanosatellite systems.
