Overview
The MRIC Ground Station is the national command center for Mauritius’s space assets, providing VHF/UHF and S-band communication for low-earth orbit (LEO) satellites. Located at the MRIC headquarters in Ebène Cybercity, it serves as the primary Mission Control for tracking satellite health and receiving Earth observation data. The facility is currently being upgraded to support the upcoming India-Mauritius Joint Satellite (IMJS) and to offer "Ground Station as a Service" (GSaaS) to international partners.
