The Mwulire Teleport is designed to host multiple ground stations for Earth observation and telecommunications. It serves as a strategic "equatorial node" for global satellite constellations. Its primary mission is to enhance national broadband, support agriculture and disaster management through satellite data, and position Rwanda as a regional hub for "Ground Station as a Service" (GSaaS).
