Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

As an EU consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital service subscription within 14 days of purchase, unless you have already begun using the service and have explicitly waived this right. By accessing premium features immediately after subscribing, you acknowledge that you have requested early access and agree that the withdrawal right is waived upon first use of premium features.

To exercise your right of withdrawal before first use, contact us at billing@spacehubs.africa within 14 days of purchase.

2. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until then.
  • We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted at our discretion in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges.
  • Service was unavailable for an extended period due to our error.
  • Technical error resulting in an incorrect charge.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@spacehubs.africa with your account email, the charge amount, date, and reason. We will respond within 5 business days.

5. Cryptocurrency Payments

Payments made via NOWPayments (cryptocurrency) are generally non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions. Exceptions may be considered for duplicate charges or platform errors.

6. Governing Law

This policy is governed by Estonian law and complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
