Overview
The Centre for Basic Space Science and Astronomy (CBSS), Nsukka was established in 2001 as one of the Activity Centres of the National Space Research and Development Agency (NASRDA). From inception in 2001, the Centre is the mandated to develop skills and knowledge of researchers through training and retraining of personnel and enhancement of international collaboration with other Centres with similar interests.
