Overview
The Space Club, University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) is a student-led academic and advocacy group dedicated to the promotion of space science, astronomy, and satellite technology among the university community. While it operates as an independent student body, it is closely aligned with the Department of Physics and Astronomy at UNN—one of Africa's oldest astronomy departments (dating back to 1970)— and the Centre for Basic Space Science (CBSS), a NASRDA facility located in Nsukka.
