Overview
Established by Decree No. 2006-274 of August 23, 2006, the National Drinking Water Office (ONEP) is a State-owned Company governed by Law No. 2020-626 of August 14, 2020. It has a share capital of 150 million CFA Francs and is subject to the Uniform Acts of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA).
