SPNEX (Space Plasma Network Experiment)

SPNEX provides a specialized orbital laboratory for measuring plasma characteristics and magnetic variations in the Earth's ionosphere. This domestically assembled nanosatellite facilitates the development of accurate ionospheric models to support secure satellite communications and climate research across North Africa. Its successful deployment in December 2025 marks a major step in national technical autonomy, demonstrating the ability to manage the full satellite lifecycle from indigenous integration to orbital operations.
